Services are available only to individuals or entities who can form legally binding contracts in Malaysia. You must provide accurate information and act in good faith when using our services.

Users must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into binding agreements under Malaysian law to use BizLabRights. If you act on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

You must use BizLabRights services lawfully and not for any unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent purpose. Use of our platform to facilitate illegal activities is prohibited and may be reported to authorities.

BizLabRights primarily serves clients in Malaysia. Access from other jurisdictions may be restricted and subject to local laws. It is your responsibility to ensure lawful access from your location.

Certain features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Provide current, complete and accurate information during registration and keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

Protect your account information and update your password regularly. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We will assist with account recovery in accordance with security procedures.

Accounts are personal and not transferable without our written consent. Sharing credentials is discouraged and may lead to account suspension.

If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact support immediately. Prompt reporting helps limit potential misuse and allows us to take appropriate measures.

We may suspend or restrict access to accounts that violate these terms, where required by law, or to protect the safety of users or the integrity of our services.

BizLabRights offers legal support services to business owners, including document review, compliance guidance, contract templates, and introductions to qualified legal professionals. Services are informational and facilitative in nature and do not replace independent legal advice where specific legal representation is required.

We may modify, add or remove features or services at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through our website or direct communication where feasible.

We strive to keep services available but do not promise uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and factors outside our control may affect availability.

You may submit content such as documents, business information, and feedback. You remain responsible for the content you provide.

You retain ownership of your user content unless otherwise agreed. By submitting content you represent you have rights to share it and are not violating others' rights.

By submitting content, you grant BizLabRights a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce and process that content for the purpose of delivering our services and improving user experience.

Do not submit sensitive personal data of third parties without consent. You are responsible for securing necessary consents and for the accuracy of submitted materials.

We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law. Requests for content removal will be reviewed and handled in accordance with our policies.

All intellectual property rights in BizLabRights platform content, including text, graphics, templates and software, belong to BizLabRights or its licensors. You may use provided materials for your internal business purposes as permitted in writing.

• Do not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from our proprietary content without permission.
• Do not remove or alter any rights notices or proprietary markings on content provided by BizLabRights.
• Respect activity, copyrights and other IP rights belonging to BizLabRights and third parties.

Content provided by BizLabRights is for general informational and business support purposes and does not constitute formal legal advice. Where specific legal representation or tailored legal advice is required, you should engage a qualified lawyer. BizLabRights assists in preparing and managing standard documents and providing practical guidance to help business owners make informed decisions.

To the extent permitted by law, BizLabRights' liability for direct damages arising from use of the services is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific service in the 12 months preceding the claim. BizLabRights is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses such as lost benefits or lost business opportunities.

We may integrate with third-party tools or recommend external professionals. BizLabRights is not responsible for the services rendered by third parties and does not control their practices. Engagement with third parties is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Either party may terminate services in accordance with the applicable service terms. We may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these terms or where required by law.

On termination, access to paid features will end and outstanding fees for services rendered remain payable. We may retain certain data as required for legal or operational purposes.

Our handling of personal data is described in the BizLabRights Privacy Policy. By using our services you consent to processing of your personal data as set out in that policy for the purposes of providing and improving services.

We will communicate with you by email, through the platform, or by postal mail to the address you provide. Notices are effective when sent. You must keep your contact details current.

We may update these Terms of Service. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

We encourage resolving disputes informally through our support channels. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled under the dispute resolution provisions of Malaysian law and in local courts.
